My experience caring for my grandparents and working as a Direct Support Professional has shown me the profound impact of compassionate service. I'm a Certified Home Health Aid with certified CPR, First Aid and AED Training. I'm patient, calm, compassionate, and detail-oriented. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities. I provide verbal updates and follow the family's preferred communication method. Creating a comfortable environment is essential to building a strong connection. I have a college degree in Medical Assisting and several years of caregiving experience. I currently work at an assisted living facility with Memory Care & all residents doing activities, exercises, taking them to appointments, retail therapy and crafting. I have reliable transportation, and I'm comfortable with pets. I find joy in bringing a smile to someone's face, and I'm eager to use my skills to bring comfort and support to your family.
