About Myrical

It is truly a gift to write this letter for Myrical, who cared for our daughter in our home during some of her most formative years. When Myrical joined our family, our four-year-old daughter had already overcome so much. With a history of stroke, expressive speech delay, and ADHD, she requires thoughtful, patient, and highly individualized care. From the very beginning, Myrical approached her role not simply as a nanny, but as a committed caregiver and advocate. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Myrical brought an added layer of skill, awareness, and confidence to her work. Her medical knowledge gave us tremendous peace of mind, especially given our daughter’s medical history. She was attentive, observant, and proactive, always mindful of both safety and developmental progress. In our home, Myrical created a beautiful Montessori-based, screen-free environment that fostered independence, calm, and confidence. Each day was filled with hands-on learning, practical life activities, outdoor exploration, reading, and intentional conversation. She followed our daughter’s interests while gently guiding her toward growth, always respecting her pace and abilities. What meant the most to us was the way Myrical showed up — consistently, patiently, and with genuine love. She supported our daughter’s speech development through careful modeling and encouraging communication without pressure. She intuitively understood how to support a child with ADHD, incorporating movement, structure, and choice in ways that helped our daughter succeed rather than feel corrected. Myrical even attended therapy appointments with us on occasion, taking the time to understand therapeutic strategies and thoughtfully reinforce them at home. Her willingness to collaborate and learn alongside us demonstrated her deep commitment to our child’s well-being. Beyond her professionalism and medical training, Myrical became family. We trusted her completely in our home and with our daughter’s complex needs. Our child felt safe, understood, and deeply cared for in her presence — and as parents, there is no greater comfort.
