I have 10 years of experience working in childcare, including several years as a paraprofessional in schools supporting children of different ages and needs. Working closely with students and families has taught me the importance of patience, flexibility, and strong communication. I truly love working with kids and strive to create a safe, fun, and nurturing environment where they feel seen, valued, and heard. I enjoy helping children grow, explore, and learn while also providing structure and consistency. Building trust with both kids and parents is very important to me, and I always make sure families feel comfortable and supported.
