About Mylisha

Hi my name is MJ! I am a former Early Education Teacher looking for a weekday(only) part-time nanny job! As a teacher I am use to being in a class of 9 students ages ( 1-3 years) and have alot of experience with caring for toddlers and infants! I am passionate about educational play time and following the interest of the children! I love getting to know a child for who they are and encouraging them to be themselves. I am trained on conscious discipline, a method of redirecting a child without saying the words "NO". I come with a HUGE stack of activities, songs, and games that can help your child with their social/emotional development! These activities are important because they help children learn from a young age how to communicate thier feelings, self sooth when they are upset, and encourages a problem solving mindset!
