About Mya

Nurturing young minds is more than a job for me; it's a passion. I have three years of experience caring for children aged newborn to 11, with a particular focus on preschoolers and school-aged kids. My college degree which I'm 1 year away from earning in Social Work has helped equip me with a strong foundation, and I maintain current certifications in CPR and First Aid. I'm creative and friendly, and I love engaging children with outdoor games, board games, and puzzles. I always follow the parents' lead when enforcing household rules. I provide regular updates through texts or phone calls and also communicate in person during pickup. I'm comfortable caring for up to three children. Knowing I can positively impact a child's life while supporting families brings me immense joy.
