I am a caregiver with 10 plus years of experience. I have a passion for taking care of the elderly and children. I grew up watching my mom do this line of work and enjoyed the times she would bring me around to interact with her patients. My first job was at Emeritus Senior Living in Woodstock. I was a Resident Aid/Med Tech and would assist the residents with personal hygiene, daily activities and feeding as needed all while providing companionship. I also performed light housekeeping including laundry, making beds, tiding up and meal preparation. I love to do activities to keep my patients engaged and entertained. I have worked with patients with Alzheimer's, Dementia and children with special needs. I have reliable transportation and would be able to take clients to appointments and run daily errands as needed.
