My three years of experience in adult and senior care roles have reinforced my desire to positively impact lives. As a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aid, I'm well-versed in respite care, transportation, errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medical management, and mobility assistance. I'm also trained in CPR and First Aid. I handle confusion, agitation, and behavioral changes, plus incorporate memory care activities into care. I prioritize creating a comfortable environment for care recipients and follow the family's preferred communication method, including written daily reports and regular updates.
