About Moriah

Hello! My name is Moriah and I'm a 28-year-old from Chicago! I have always loved children and began working in summer camps while off in the summer from college. I attended college in hopes of becoming a children's book illustrator and I love finding ways to introduce kids to books that maybe relevant to them. I love arts and crafts and am always down to get my hands dirty! I have experience working in Montessori schools and have taken Montessori Basics classes. While working at the Montessori School, I was a special education aide for one child for around two years. I'm very comfortable implementing Montessori values and language into day to day care for kids! I have a ton of experience babysitting and nannying infants to preteens and have also taught art lessons for preschoolers and kindergarteners. I pride myself on my cheery disposition and my creative ways to make everyday an adventure! I look forward to hearing from you and your little ones!
