About Moriah

I am a current medical school student who is taking some time off from school of pursue research and am looking for tutoring opportunities during my time off. I have graduate level background in medical science and majored in music performance and chemistry in undergrad. I worked as a tutor with the Academic Success Center at my college for three years, during which time I provided individual and group tutoring for courses including general chemistry, organic chemistry, and biology. I successfully took and passed the Chemistry Secondary PRAXIS exam, which is a required exam for teachers. I have also tutored elementary students through an after school programs and served as a private English and science tutor. I have also taught trumpet lessons.
