About Morgan

I am a "half-full" type of person that tries to find the good in all situations. Given that I have 5 older siblings that are all at least 8 years older than me, I've been blessed to have been babysitting all of my nieces and nephews for the last 10 years. Spending time with my family is when I'm the happiest! I'd describe my personality as happy, easy-going, and kind. I like working with kids because spending time with them brings me joy. Kids are so pure and full of life! I'm looking for a job that has clear guidelines and brings me fulfillment! I started working with kids when I was 12 when my oldest my brother had his first child. Since then, I've consistently babysat all of my nieces, nephews, and close friend's children. One thing you should know about me is I treat the children that I watch as if they were my own. I enforce rules the way the parents see fit without hesitation. My skills include making sure the child is having a good time and that their needs are met.
