Dependability, kindness and being able to adapt to any situation Is key for me in finding child care for my kids. I hired Morgan and we knew she was a right fit upon her interview. My kids (6 month old, now 9 months, and my 2 year old) took to her immediately. I can't say enough great things about Morgan, she was PUNCTUAL, KIND, COURTEOUS, she took initiative, had GREAT COMMUNICATION, lots of energy, positive, and loved my kiddos, played games, got on the floor to play with them, she was great with boundaries with my 2 year old. I recently got laid off and will no longer need a nanny at this time but Morgan was an amazing Nanny to my children and I'd hire her again in a heartbeat!
