About Morgan

Hello, I am 19 years old and currently attend UW-Eau Claire. I'd describe my personality as compassionate, enthusiastic, and reliable. I find joy in working with kids because each child brings a unique perspective and experience. My journey with childcare began when I started babysitting during the winter of 2022. Shortly after, I had the privilege of being employed at the Boys and Girls Club during the summer of the same year. During this time, I worked with children from the ages of 1 through age 14. My skills include reliability, engagement, and conflict management. Working at the Boys and Girls Club strengthened these skills, as I navigated through various conflicts between children and ensured a positive, engaging environment throughout the day. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, going to the farmers market, and going on walks through the park.
