About Morgan

My daughter is an exceptional babysitter with a true passion for working with children. She is currently an Education Foundations major at the University of Oregon and is excited to become an elementary school teacher. Caring for and supporting children is not just a job for her, it is truly her calling. She has extensive hands on experience with children in a variety of settings. She has worked as a beach camp counselor, where she supervised and engaged groups of children in active outdoor environments while maintaining strong safety awareness and structure. She has also served as a mentor for children with special needs through a local foundation that provides after school enrichment programs. Currently, she works as a substitute teacher’s assistant supporting students with special needs. In this role, she demonstrates patience, adaptability, and a deep understanding of individualized support. She is calm, attentive, and skilled at meeting children where they are while encouraging growth and confidence. She is dependable, responsible, and warm hearted. Children naturally gravitate toward her, and she builds meaningful, trusting relationships with the families she works with. Any family would be incredibly fortunate to have her as a caregiver. I could not be more proud of the compassion, professionalism, and dedication she brings to caring for children.
