Hello! My name is Sarah and I am an undergraduate student attending my final semester at Michigan State University to pursue my B. S in Psychology. Through the years, I've accumulated over six years of babysitting experience, beginning as a neighborhood babysitter for families with 2-4 children and within the ages of 0-13. I've worked with babies and toddlers and love and appreciate their energy. Communication, care, and creativity are the values I implement within all of my childcare experiences! I integrate mindfulness, yoga and movement, reading, creative expression through art and music, and outdoor activities while watching children. Sarah is sweet and kind. However, on her second day of work, she put our toddlers in front of a TV beginning at 9 am and fell asleep. This happened again at 11 am. We had a conversation with her clarifying expectations but were concerned that she would be sleeping while she was supposed to be watching two very young children. On the third day of work, she texted that morning asking to show up 3 hours late. While she is a nice person, her judgement in regards to safety and responsibility is concerning.
