About Morgan

Hi! My name is Morgan, I am 19 years old! I'm very passionate about child care because it allows me to positively impact children's lives. I'm ready to extend my care to more families. I have a knack for creativity and imagination, and my friendly nature makes it easy for children to warm up to me. When it comes to communicating with parents, I follow their preferred method and ensure transparent verbal communication at pickup time. My approach to household rules is guided by the parents' lead, as I believe in respecting their parenting style. I love playing outdoor sports and physical games with children, as well as engaging them in board games and puzzles. I am currently employed at an elementary school as an autistic support paraprofessional! I have also worked at a day care, and have been watching younger family members for as long as I can remember!
