About Morgan

I have 8 years of nannying and childcare experience, along with a strong background in safety and high-responsibility care. I spent 4 years as a lifeguard and swim instructor, and I am CPR, CNA, and AED certified, so creating a safe, attentive, and supportive environment is always my top priority. This past year I worked as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) at American Family Children's Hospital on the Pediatric Universal Care Unit (P7), where I care for children with a wide range of needs, including higher-acuity cases. I also previously worked full-time on an ortho-neuro unit, which further developed my organization and ability to think quickly in busy environments. I am currently a student at UW-Madison. I have experience with infants through school-aged children, including caring for multiple children at once and completing extended overnight stays. I'm comfortable managing full daily routines, including meals, activities, transportation, and bedtime.
