As the third oldest of seven siblings, I've had hands-on experience with childcare from a young age. I still help care for my youngest siblings (now 8 &5), which has taught me patience, responsibility, & so many real-life skills I use every day. I support children with special needs. Morgan is absolutely fantastic! She has been taking care of our twins since birth, first with overnight care and now with daytime care. She cares so deeply for our girls. She was patient and caring while enduring the sleepless newborn stages. Now they’re 4 months and she ensures they get the support they need to meet their milestones: tummy time, appropriate sleep/wake windows, and entertainment. She is very communicative with us, detail oriented in her documentation, and always brings a positive attitude into our home. I would highly recommend her as a nanny.
