She is able to accommodate their extra needs, is patient, loving, punctual, and comes even when they are sick. The first nanny that allows me to leave without worrying. She keeps in good contact and reminds me of important things. Her daughter is very sweet and befriended my girls. I couldn't give her a better recommendation!
