About Moretta

Hi! I'm Moretta and I love working with children! I currently work as a preschool music teacher in The Heights and I'm looking for a temporary position as I transition into a new role. I have worked as a one-on-one aide for children with special needs and I also have experience working as a substitute teacher. I have gained many skills throughout my years of working in educational and therapeutic childcare settings, including: clear communication, patience, reliability, and a positive attitude. (I also have tons of unofficial childcare experience simply by being the oldest girl born in a family of 6.) I am a super patient, kind and fun loving individual but I can also be firm when necessary. I am willing to assist with meal preparation, laundry and tidying. I would like to note that I have experience preparing vegan, vegetarian, and dairy-free meals.
