About Moram

It is a gift to the world to create a loving environment where children thrive to the fullest. It brings my heart enormous amounts of joy to play an active role in a child's development and well-being. It's important to me to collaborate with the family for the child / children to create an environment that is conducive to exploring the joy of the world. Cultivating spaces that are tender and kind is a mission to me. After high school, I joined the Peace Corps and traveled to underserved parts of our world. I spent time in the Dominican Republic, Haiti, Belize, South Africa; where I was the community health advisor in rural areas, as well as a school teacher. I've worked with a wide range of ages; less than an hour old to 20 years old. While studying public health in college, I became a childbirth doula. Now that I am in medical school, I study naturopathic medicine; with a focus on Ayurveda. In my free time, I love practicing pottery, yoga, gardening, reading, cooking, and traveling.
