About Montzerrat

Hello! My name is Montze and I'm a 25-year-old graduate Washington & Jefferson. I have about 9+ years of babysitting and childcare experience. I have babysat multiple families over the years and was an auxiliary teacher at my church's children ministry. I have experience with children of all ages from 3 months to preteens. For 2 years I worked with underprivileged refugee children at a non profit as a youth counselor where I obtained various training and my CPR certification. I am a very patient individual and believe the importance of listening and being attentive to every child's needs. I also believe that each child is different and their necessities vary to their own individual persona. In my free time I am also a part time Spanish teacher. I have found great joy in working with children and being a part of their upbringing and developmental growth
