I'm a highly experienced childcare provider with a passion for nurturing children's growth and development. With over a decade of experience working with children and teens aged 2 to 18. Additionally, I've dedicated the last 7 years to specializing in working with children on the autism spectrum. I hold a graduate degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis and I am planning on furthering my education in the field. My patient and calm nature enables me to establish a safe and nurturing atmosphere for children to thrive. I believe in fostering creativity and imagination while also maintaining a structured and educational routine. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules and ensuring children's safety and well-being.
