Hello families! This post is for new or expecting families. Surely you have heard of the sleepless nights that come along with your new bundle of joy. While some parents say they wouldn't trade those sleepless night for the world, other parents say, that it's those same nights that stop them from having another one. Sleep deprivation is not healthy for anyone and can cause some mother's to develop PPD. I would like to offer an overnight nanny service to help out. You will arrange for me to come over usually between the hours of 7 p.m. -9 a.m. During the course of the night, I will be in the nursery with the little one(s). And whenever they stir/wake up for a changing and/or feeding, it will be me that will tend to their needs and soothe them back to sleep. That's it! You stay in bed and wake up refreshed and energized to tackle the demands of your little one in the daylight hours. Each family is different and we can discuss what you are comfortable with (baths before bed, sleep training, etc). Now that you may possibly be interested in hiring on a night nanny, let me tell you a little about myself. I love babies! Always have since I was a child. There is just something about how precious and innocent and perfect they are. I find myself at my happiest when I am holding and interacting with a baby. I have eight years of professional nanny experience. I've worked with three families as a full time nanny (two of them had newborn twins) and I have night nannied for four families. I still babysit and keep in touch with my previous families. The families are more than willing to serve as excellent references on my behalf! I am CPR and First Aid certified through The Red Cross and have a few classes of Early Childhood Education under my belt. I consider myself to be a responsible, trustworthy, dependable, smoke-free, sanitary, fun, attentive, and nurturing individual.
Monique's knowledge about babies, expertise, and attentiveness are 10/10. We were highly recommended to find a night nurse and care for when I was expecting - given that we don't have family nearby to help, had no prior baby knowledge, and this is our first baby...I cannot stress enough how valuable Monique has been from the get-go. She started working with us from night one from when our son came from the hospital and has since taught me everything I know to date about how to best take care of him. If I could have added her services to our baby registry, I would have done so in a heartbeat! We were hesitant about sleep training at first because we didn't have much knowledge about it, but it has been our saving grace and we have a very happy baby for it - he started sleeping through the night at 10 weeks old with Monique's guidance. Monique is detail-oriented, timely, responsible, kind, VERY thorough and you can tell that she genuinely cares about our son's wellbeing. We are beyond grateful and would recommended Monique over & over & over again. Thank you so much!
