Monique is a rare gem - she is kind and caring, intelligent, experienced, reliable, flexible, very trustworthy and a really good communicator. She is small in stature but is a strong woman, both physically and in character. She developed great skills caring for others over the years that enable her to physically help people who are easily 3 times her size. She also is as pleasant as can be with a quick sense of humor. I believe she is more than capable of handling anything she is hired to, and we trust her completely with our brother and highly recommend her for any position she applies for.
