Monique did not actually clean for us. First she messaged she was running late as she was having lunch . then she messaged she had waited 10 minutes and left when I didn't answer my email. I had contacted her 15 minutes before that telling her I was here and she could show up when she was done having her lunch. She never rang the doorbell, nor did she knock I really question whether she came at all. Why would you sit in your car and send the person an email ?? I then messaged her well I'm out front now so you can come now and I will wait for you. She then said she had already booked another client. How she did that in 15 minutes I have no idea. Needless to say we were very disappointed and would not hire her again.
