About Monique

Hi! I'm Monique. I've been caring for children of all ages since I began babysitting as a teenager. I later provided respite care in a foster home and went on to work professionally as a Direct Support Professional supporting children with disabilities. I have a bachelor's degree in psychology, coursework in child development and education, and am CPR/First Aid certified. I'm also a mom of five, so I understand how valuable an extra set of hands can be! I love art, crafts, music, nature, and helping kids explore their interests and build confidence. I'm also happy to help with cooking, cleaning, errands, and other household tasks that make life easier for busy parents. I've worked with families from many different backgrounds and bring an open-minded, flexible, and judgment-free approach to every home.
