About Monique

I am a qualified childcare professional with five years of experience working with children, ranging from newborn to seven years of age. My philosophy centers on empathy. I emphasize child-led activities and use "positive discipline" techniques. I build trust with each child under my care by providing individual attention, making sure to communicate openly and to genuinely listen to the child, using nonverbal communication with children who do not yet have a grasp on language.
