I was so impressed and grateful. Monique was awesome with my daughter. My daughter is 23 years old and Autistic. I can't just hire anyone to take care of her. Monique knew exactly how to introduce herself and didn't seemed frightened of her behavior. She worked from 9:00a.m.-9:00p.m. A routine is a must when taking care of my daughter. She started out with bathing her, got her dressed, and made breakfast. They did laundry together, tidied up her room,played a couple of games and made her lunch. Watched a movie, went for a walk and read my daughter's favorite books. Somedays are good with my daughter and some are tough. but it didn't seem to bother Monique at all. She didn't mind a routine and knew how important it was to my daughter. She got her bathed at night and watched a movie with her. She was even able to get a few things done around the house. I honestly wish everyone had someone to take care of their loved ones as well as she did with my daughter. It might sound weird, but she just has a positive vibe and my daughter needs that. I needed that.
