Monica has been caring for my toddler and another toddler as a nanny share for the past 7 months. I highly recommend her. She is very loving to my son, she is always on time and she adapts quickly when we have a change in plans or schedule. It can get crazy in our house with construction projects and 2 little boys running around and she always maintains a calm and positive energy. She takes the kids out on an adventure every morning and makes sure they get lots of outside time. She also takes the time to research new toddler gyms and parks to take them to. My son has learned a ton of Spanish from Monica and I think he thrives under her care. She is a hardworking, honest and sweet person and any family would be lucky to have her care for their children.
