What impresses me most is how naturally they respond to her—she’s able to work with them, guide them, and even reinforce their training because they listen to her so well. My cats love her too, which says a lot! I genuinely believe animals can sense when someone has a good heart, and they clearly feel that with Monica. She is patient, caring, attentive, and has such a natural connection with animals. I feel completely comfortable knowing my fur babies are in her care.
