Hello families!! I am a happy individual that would love to be part of your Family. I'm pretty darn funny, I make kids laugh and I love music! I have a can do attitude and would help in all aspects of every day life. I am also a great cook.

We hired Monica when our son was three months old, and she has been with our family for nearly two years. She is consistently on time and dependable. Monica genuinely cared for our son. She was loving and engaged, and he clearly adored her. Watching their bond develop over nearly two years has been amazing. We recommend her without reservation.

Monica is the most kindest caring giving person I know. We are so grateful that she watched our little gift from the store until he went to Preschool. She did not just treat him like our son as she treated him like he was her grandson. We are so grateful to have had her in our lives!

Monica is more than a caregiver for my little ones. She quickly became a member of the family. She is reliable, knowledgable, and invested in the well being of not only the children she cares for, but the well being of the family as a whole.

Monica has been a part of our family since my first child was three months old. My first child is now almost five and my youngest just turned one, so we are transitioning to needing less at-home care for our children and will be sad to see less of Monica. She has developed a bond with our kiddos and they view her just like their grandma or nana. 

Similar to other reviews, I agree that Monica is very punctual and always shows up early. She loves to listen to music, color and be silly with the kids. She has been a part of many milestones for my kiddos including when my second two children were just home from the hospital, first steps, first words and beyond. She's also been there for the first days of school, dance and swimming. She sends lots of photos and videos which I am very appreciative of as a mom who works full time.

She is a helpful and caring person and likes to look for families where she can be an added member in you and your child's life. If you are having your first child and want someone that will take initiative to ensure your child is developing in those early days, Monica will be a great fit.

We consider ourselves very fortunate to have Monica care for our baby.  We were clueless with a fussy newborn and Monica changed our lives day one! Her genuine love for our daughter and her positive outlook was exactly what we needed in our lives. Our baby was a little behind in her milestones, but after Monica she is ahead! She started crawling and sitting herself up at 6 months, standing up at 7 months, holding her bottle and drinking milk, sleep trained, it was all like magic. What I love the most about Monica is how genuine her love for children is. She is not afraid to tell us when we are wrong as the only thing she cares about is what is best for our baby. Monica has very good work ethic, she is always early to arrive, brings such joy into the house, takes the baby and dog for walks and suggests different activities & food to try. She quickly became a very important family member for us and we got lucky with the best child care. We love Monica and she is a true blessing for us!

Monica cared for my son while I was working on an as needed basis, and she was very kind and sweet with my boy. I could tell he was comfortable with her and enjoyed being around her. I appreciated her care when I was working, and I would hire her again if I were to work again in the future. Thanks Monica!

Monica has been a true blessing to our family. We do not have any family members in Austin, and she quickly became part of our family when I returned to work with my two month old son. She is exactly the kind of warm, extremely loving and kind person you want caring for your child. She is so gentle with my son, and I could always count on her to show up on time (if not early) and take the absolute best care of him. She is very engaging, and took him on walks every morning and kept him busy all day by feeding him healthy foods, and stimulating him with toys and books. She often would send me photos and videos while I was at work, which meant the world. Now that my son is in daycare, Monica is available to care for our little one. Look no further, Monica is a loving nanny, and you and your child will be very lucky if you are able to welcome her into your life.  Monica is someone we hope to have in our lives forever. Monica babysat my two year old boy and it was the best experience I have had hiring a sitter. I'm a single father and my job is unpredictable. I had about 6 hours to find someone for my boy and Monica came in to save the day. She knows how to talk to kids, make me the parent feel incredibly comfortable and she's funny. My boy loves her and I will hire her again. I highly, HIGHLY recommend Monica as a sitter. What a gem and a wonderful person you can trust.
