Monica was a full time nanny for our second child from 3 months until 12 months old (when we felt ready for daycare). Monica and I met while she nannied for my youngest nephew. We noticed she was patient, caring, and energetic. Most importantly, the kids loved her. She is incredibly knowledgable and has gotten us through many firsts with our second child (sleep training, trying solids, teething and brushing teeth, learning to stand and walk). She became part of our family during her time with us. I only wish we would have known her for our firstborn! We highly recommend and trust her with our kids!
