I highly recommend Monica as en exceptional and reliable babysitter! There is truly no one I trust more with my children. I have three children—ages 8, 6, and 1—and Monica consistently cares for all of them with remarkable patience, attentiveness, and warmth. She has a natural ability to connect with each child at their level, creating a safe, nurturing, and fun environment every time she is with them. Monica has also supported my family in more demanding circumstances. She traveled with me on two separate week long work trips to care for my youngest child—once at five months old and again just before his first birthday. During that time, I was still breastfeeding and working long, 14-hour days. Monica expertly managed his feeding and nap schedule around my meetings, allowing me to focus on my work with complete peace of mind. She transformed what could have been an incredibly stressful situation into a seamless and positive experience, and I always knew my baby was not only well cared for, but genuinely loved. On the second trip, Monica also cared for her own child simultaneously, handling both infants with ease and confidence. Her attentiveness to my baby’s cues is exceptional—she is intuitive, responsive, and deeply in tune with his needs in a way that is rare to find. My older children adore her as well. They look forward to every visit, and she keeps them engaged, happy, and active. As a parent who is very selective about childcare, I can say without hesitation that Monica exceeds every expectation I have. As an added bonus, I often return home to a tidy space, with dishes done and things straightened—something I never expect, but always appreciate.
