About Monica

As a caregiver, I'm passionate about nurturing children's growth and development, drawing from my previous babysitting experiences and my desire to impact their lives positively. My patient and calm nature, coupled with my creativity and approachability, allows me to connect with children easily. I believe in open communication with parents, using their preferred methods to provide regular updates and address any concerns or issues that may arise. Although I follow the parents' lead, I'm comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a safe and structured environment for the children in my care. I enjoy a variety of games with children, from outdoor sports and physical activities to board games and puzzles, always finding ways to incorporate educational elements that enhance their learning.
