Hi! My name is Monica, thank you so much for taking the time to read this and get to know me a bit! I'm 21 years old, and I come from a family of 8 kids (I'm the second oldest) so growing up had a lot of responsibilities around them and their well being. I graduated high school in 2021, and since I've been working with kids! I'm currently a nanny for a family, with kids ages 1 to 5 full time. I just relocated to Scottsdale, Arizona, August of 2026, and I'm eager to continue working with children, as it's where my heart is and what I do best! Alongside always having an infant around growing up, I have over 10 years of nannying experience with all ages, and I'm CPR and First Aid certified. I'm a natural caregiver who loves seeing people happy, from cooking to cleaning, attentive listening, and helping nurture and help kids grow and soar through milestones. Monica is AMAZING! She was our nanny from December 2024 to July 2026. I have 3 little girls that she not only took care of but treated as if they were her little sisters. My girls adore her and we are heartbroken that she moved out of state. Monica started with us right after I had our 3rd baby. She was helpful from day 1! She took the initiative with cleaning/tidying up when I didn’t ask. She always looked for ways to help assist me that I didn’t even think of. She followed through on the expectations that I have for manners and behaviors with my kids. She talked to them with kindness always but was very clear with them on what is acceptable behavior. My daughter has a bunch of food allergies and she was great handling this too! I trust her implicitly, she did many overnights, drove my kids to activities, etc. Monica was also willing to travel so we brought her on family vacation with us too. If you have the opportunity to hire her grab her fast because they don’t make nanny’s like her!
