Hi! I am a mother of four and a proud "Mimi" to seven grandchildren. Originally from France, I moved to California at 14, and the South Bay has been home ever since.

I have over 10 years of hands-on experience in overnight newborn and postpartum care, including supporting premature and medically complex newborns. My first overnight role was with a family of twins born at 28 weeks who required oxygen and specialized care, and I have been dedicated to newborn overnight support ever since.

I provide calm, reliable overnight care so parents can rest knowing their baby is safe, supported, and well cared for throughout the night. I am experienced with newborn soothing, feeding support, and helping establish gentle early routines based on each family's preferences.

My goal is to support both baby and parents during the postpartum transition with confidence, calm, and consistency.

Monica took amazing care of our son from 4-6 months as our night nurse. I was in desperate need of some uninterrupted sleep and she would arrive at 11pm and stay until 6-7am Sun-Thurs. She was communicative, dependable, caring, warm, and just everything you can hope for in someone caring for your child (other than you and your partner). Our son loved playing with her, singing with her, and she is greatly missed.

If we could keep working with Monica forever, we would! I don't know how we would've gotten through our first months without her. While she is infinitely knowledgeable about babies, she never pushed an agenda on us on how we should do things. She did give us so much invaluable advice and pointed us to so many great resources and products I probably wouldn't have known about- beyond just baby sleep. We learned so much from her. Always dependable, communicative, and understanding, Monica has a beautiful maternal vibe and positive energy that was so wonderful to have around. We still keep in touch and I'm so glad to know her. If we have another baby, I know who I'm calling! Any family would be lucky to work with her.

My husband and I hired Monica for a newborn and she was so wonderful. She was exactly what we were looking for as my husband transitioned back to work. As first time parents she taught us ways to soothe our boy and helped us understand him better. Not only is she a wonderful person but she genuinely cares about babies. I found Monica through Care.com after looking on multiple sites. We scheduled a call and instantly felt a connection. Monica cared for my twin girls for 6 months as a night nanny. She was always punctual and dependable. We also appreciated that she was flexible with our schedules because my husband works overnight.

Monica truly cared for our twins and always respected our wishes as far as feedings. One of our twins had crazy colic fussy sessions that would last hours sometimes and she was so patient with her. I know we would not have been able to survive without her.

Monica is a confident and loving nanny who cared for both of my sons and we are forever grateful for her help when our kids were at such a tender age. She is a wonderful mother/grandmother who values her own family and once you work with her, she will quickly become part of your family. For my first son, she helped out a couple hours a week to give me time to run errands. She was always nurturing and playful with him and happy to give suggestions on feeding, naps, development, etc., which was very much appreciated as first time parents. 

For my second son, she provided overnight care from 2 weeks - 8 weeks, which gave me time to recover from delivery and feel recharged so I could keep up with my toddler during the day. Having her as a night nanny was invaluable to us during the fussy, sleepless nights.

With both of my sons she provided all of the details on feed times, feed amounts, diaper changes, sleep times, etc.

We have been employing Monica part-time to spend time with my 5 month old boy while I work from home. She is lovely, keeps C. happy and has a warmth about her that kids (and adults) take to right away. If you are lucky enough to get into her schedule, you need not look further. So thrilled to have her as part of our life before we move away in mid June. 

P.s. My four year old boy also met her and loves her. He was very at ease being with her and had fun!

Monica was great with our 5 day old baby.  She came during a hectic postpardum period and met all our expectations.  She was very trustworthy, kind, and patient.  I highly recommend her.

My two toddler boys ages 3 and 20 months loved Monica. After only 1 visit my oldest kept asking when she was coming back. She is very dependable and even helped with meal prep. I would definitely recommend Monica to anyone lucky enough to book with her.

This past year, we have been blessed to have her as our nanny to our daughter. Monica has worked for me for over two years. She is dedicated, caring and compassionate.
