About Monica

Growing up, I wanted to have a job that could allow me to make this world a better place. I believe that as a nanny I can accomplish this, kids are the future generation. Each child is unique and learns differently, what I am more amazed is how much I learn from them. I love my job because it does feel like a job. Watching their development is fascinating. I nurture them, care for them with love, help them to acknowledge their feelings and emotions. I believe in Positive discipline.
