Monica has such a sense of calm about her. You can easily see she enjoys being with children. She watched our 15 month old during her spring semester while we searched for daycare. He would give a big grin every time she was at the door in the morning. Always very flexible and punctual. We appreciated her communication with us during the day and her questions regarding his schedule when she was getting to know him. Now she is our go-to babysitter for a night out!
