Monica is professional, dependable, and an excellent communicator. She works with my 90 yr old mother who has late stage dementia. Monica works from 3:00 -7:00, very difficult sun downing hours for mom. Monica stays positive, makes sure mom is engaged, and rolls with whatever mom's mood may bring! I have learned some great strategies from Monica. She is an excellent caregiver!
