I am 35 years old and happily married to my high school sweetheart. Together we have two amazing children our son is 17 and daughter is 13. I love caring for kids and I think that it is the most rewording job anyone can have . I love to hike , play sports , board games, going to the park , and doing art . I am okay at cooking ( with two teens I feed an army each night ) and I am a neat freak. Great with pets I have 3 silly dogs of my own . I have 14 years experience with working in child care 8years on military posts working for the CDC , 1 year as home health , and the last 4 years as an estate manager doing anything and everything needed to run a household and take care of young children.

Monica has worked for us for 2 years now and she is AMAZING! I could not be happier with having her in our lives. She watches our two girls, almost 2 and 6 years old. She's reliable, helpful, neat, fun, super loving and kind, motivated, and an all around fantastic nanny/sitter. Our kids adore her (and by adore I mean they are sad to see me come home even if I've been gone for 14 hours). She treats our girls like they were her own and actually gets down on their level and plays with them. I always come home to a clean and tidy house. Monica goes way above and beyond what I would expect. We sometimes have crazy schedules that are constantly changing. Monica is so understanding and easy going about accommodating us. Our kids have stayed overnight with her when we've had to be out of town and I never worried. We LOVE her so much.
