A dedicated and engaged CNA committed to making a positive contribution to the lives of my patients and families, a passion for continuous learning and development in my career. I am a college graduate and completed my CNA training at American Red Cross and successfully passed the certification test for CNA. I have a 5 year experience as CNA in home care facilities and In-Home Care. I attended a Training on Orientation of Dementia/Alzheimer's in Hopewell Virginia. I also have working experience caring for elderly people with memory loss and degenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's, Parkinsons.. I am open to learning about different cultures and traditions. I am flexible, I can provide a customized/personalized care plan for every client that will improve their quality of life. My working experience has improved the quality of care that I provide for my clients like companionship, emotional support, organizational skills fostering a healthy, trusting, comforting and safe environment.
