I have also have tutored various math subjects at BSU with children who have severe disabilities. I am currently a full time mathematics teacher at a high school and I have been teaching there for 8+ years.

Monica has been a reliable, responsive and conscientious sitter for our 2 children for several years. My son is 8 and has autism but is very used to routine and in that way, I have come to realize that he is somewhat easier to manage than my 6-year-old daughter, who tries every trick in the book to stay up later and get her way. Monica has successfully worked with both. Although our son cannot always communicate his wants and needs to others, he craves being around people and can seem to sense when someone is in tune with him. I was afraid to death to leave him with anyone at first. Monica was calm, followed my instructions well, texts us always to follow-up and has been a life saver for our family. She has a huge heart and I have always seen her as very professional about her work with us even though it has been as a sitter, she takes it very seriously in a mature way. She is dependable and always on time.
