About Monica

Marlen has always brought a professional, thoughtful, organized, and expert approach to the care of our children. Marlen places a great importance on health in her own personal life and brings that to our family. She gives our children many opportunities for outdoor physical activity every day, and encourages our toddler to make healthy food choices. She is well-versed in Early Childhood Education and uses her knowledge to guide and redirect. The end result is that our children are happily and consistently setting goals, (both personal and developmental), and reaching them. Marlen has always been happy to pitch-in and help us with laundry and keeping our home, including the children's areas, tidy and clean. She also lovingly cares for our animals as well. Marlen is a gifted nanny and person. She is loving, kind, warm, and energetic. She is able to work in the sacred family environment with integrity and professionalism. We treasure Marlen and deeply value her contribution to our family.
