About Monica

With over 15 years of experience in child care, I have developed a deep understanding of children's developmental needs and a genuine passion for nurturing their growth and well-being. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Health Science, which has equipped me with a strong foundation in child development and health. Currently, I work in the Early Intervention Program, where I support young children with developmental delays, helping them reach their full potential. This role has further refined my skills in creating engaging, educational, and safe environments for children. In addition to my extensive hands-on experience, I am preparing to further my expertise by pursuing a Master's degree in Social Work at Columbia University.
