About Molly

Hi families! I'm Molly and I'm 27. I've been nannying for 9+ years and have experience working with a wide range of ages from newborn to teens including special needs children and families in the medical profession that need the best. I am currently in the Mountain Brook and greater Birmingham area of Alabama but had previously been moved out to Utah with my last family who I had been with for 3. 5 years. Responsibilities of last position: manage household tasks such as grocery shopping, meal planning, and scheduling appointments to maintain a safe and clean environment for the children by organizing and managing household tasks. Implement educational and developmental activities for the children to support their growth and learning while collaborating with parents to create a sustainable and consistent daily routine for the children. Through observation, optimize and prioritize needs of both the children and parents to foster a fun atmosphere balances with functionality.
