About Molly

Molly has been our twins’ nanny for the past 16 months, since they were just 3 months old, and we truly cannot say enough wonderful things about her. Molly is phenomenal. Our twins were born prematurely at 28 weeks, so we were understandably very concerned about their development. From the beginning, Molly was incredibly intentional about working with them, supporting their development, and helping them meet and even exceed their milestones. She was always attentive to their individual needs and celebrated their progress along the way. Molly is thoughtful, caring, patient, and genuinely invested in the children in her care. Our twins absolutely adore her—and we do too! She communicates exceptionally well, is dependable and reliable, and consistently goes above and beyond. We feel incredibly fortunate to have had Molly as part of our family. She has played such an important role in our twins’ early years, and we will always be grateful for the love, care, and dedication she has given them. Any family would be incredibly lucky to have her.
