About Molly

With six years of nannying experience, including two years of full-time care, I bring both professional experience and a genuine love for working with children. I naturally take on an older-sister role and strive to be someone who is nurturing, playful, and encouraging while also providing consistency and structure. I love being outdoors, reading, playing games, exploring new activities, and finding ways to make everyday moments fun! I would describe myself as warm, patient, dependable, proactive, and easy-going. As one of six children, I grew up in a busy household where I learned the importance of flexibility, communication, patience, and being considerate of others. Growing up in a large family also shaped my love for children and my appreciation for the unique personalities, needs, and dynamics that make every family different. I understand how meaningful it is to have a dependable, supportive person who helps create a calm and positive home environment.
