Molly is absolutely trustworthy, gentle and willing to be lead by the children's interests, responsible and a real pleasure to work with as a parent. She is an honors college student, and the time she has spent with my kiddos has been a gift for them and me. When my 3-year-old was hard to manage and all he wanted was 1:1 attention, I came home to find that Molly had read all his favorite books to him for hours in his room. He was absolutely filled up, calm, and sweet. When I wanted to try an ambitious outing with both boys, she was game to come along and pitched in 100% to make the day a success.
