I have been an RN for almost 14 years with most work in military trauma/emergency care. Recently finished a contract as a travel nurse in a downtown ER in Washington DC and am back in my home base in Austin as I decide on my next contract location. I pick up shifts at a local emergency room occasionally, but am very flexible with my free time that I'd like to use for work outside the medical setting. No kids of my own (I like see myself as a "professional aunt") but am comfortable with kids of all ages. I spent 9 months working in the ER at Dell Children's Medical Center in 2017-18 and have excellent references. Currently licensed as a registered nurse in Texas, with certifications in basic life support, advanced cardiac life support, pediatric advanced life support, and neonatal resuscitation program.
