Molly is friendly, kind and caring. She is very vigilant in keeping children safe and using different techniques to foster learning. Molly sings, plays on the floor with blocks, counting, and using things in the environment on walks like flowers to teach colors. Walking she counts steps and asks child how many steps will it take to get to the next block. Molly is conscious of social and emotional, joining groups at a library or park. She always takes great care to make sure food and snacks are offered when child needs to eat and always keeps water on hand for hydration. I have enjoyed working with Molly with my children.
